Join me at my private fitness studio, equipped with free weights, machines, TRX cables, kettle bells, exercise bike and more. Here you can feel completely comfortable to workout 1:1 with me without any distractions and intimidations. I keep my studio sparkling clean!

If you prefer to have personal training sessions at your home gym, i can travel to you. This service is available for customers living within 10 miles of Encinitas, CA. Additional travel fees may apply.

VIRTUAL PERSONAL TRAINING

Are you struggling to find motivation training at home or you travel often and want to workout on the go? I offer virtual personal training sessions  – via Zoom, FaceTime, Google Duo, Skype, or MS Teams. If you don't have any equipment, I can provide you with great recommendations to start with.

Fitness Group

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Small group training is a combination of personal training and group instruction. You will workout with a handful of people with similar goals (friends/family). Groups limited to 2-6 people.

NUTRITION & SUPPLEMENTATION GUIDANCE

Proper nutrition and supplementation is very important when you are embarking on a healthier lifestyle. I will help you understand the macro and micro nutrients needed for your nutrition goals and give you examples of healthy meal plans without crazy restrictions that you can easily follow. Supplementation is needed if if you are not getting the proper nutrients through food. My goal is educating you so you have the knowledge and tools to make life lasting changes in your nutrition.  This can include a grocery store outing to teach you how to pick the right food for you and your family or share amazing healthy recipes.
